01 What services do you provide?

We offer a full range of Telehealth fertility services. We can write orders for blood work, imaging procedures and prescribe medication.

02 How much does the Hera Discovery program cost?

The entire program is $150. We charge a $50 deposit at time of booking to hold your slot. Full payment is due at time of service.

03 What does the Hera Discovery program include?

It includes an initial intake appointment, a comprehensive review of your case, baseline fertility testing, and a virtual consultation paired with a treatment plan.

04 Are tests included in the program price?

Tests are not included in our prices and subject to your insurance eligibility and benefits. Most major testing facilities and outpatient imaging facilities participate with major healthcare plans. Testing will either be done at outside facilities near you or through a recommended at-home test kit partner per your preference. Most test-kits are out-of-pocket but HSA/FSA eligible.

05 Are medications included in the program price?

Medications are not included in our price and subject to your insurance eligibility and benefits. If you have questions about what medications are covered, we can verify which medications are covered by your health plan. If certain medications are not covered, we can recommend pharmacies with competitive pricing.

06 Are 15-Minute Follow Ups included in the program price?

15-minute follow ups are not included in the program price. These sessions are typically used by Hera patients who are prescribed a care plan and medications. A 15-minute session typically covers a progress update and adjustment of care plan as necessary.

07 How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. If you'd prefer a different payment method, please contact us.

08 What if I need to cancel or change my appointments?

We totally understand that life can get in the way sometimes! You can reschedule your consultation or appointment through a calendar invite or contact your care coordinator in our app. Please note that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

09 What are your hours of operation?

Our general operating hours are 9am-8pm ET. All available appointments will reflect our provider's availability for Telehealth services.

10 I just have a short question for the team. Do I have to sign up for the program?
