Lab Test Order Validity
Lab test orders are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, your order will expire and you will no longer be able to visit the lab for testing.
Important: Refunds are not provided for orders that have expired.
Refund Policy for Non-Expired, Unredeemed Orders
For orders that are not expired and have not been redeemed at the laboratory:
Within 90 Days of Purchase
- You may cancel your order and request a full refund
- A non-refundable Service Fee of $4 will be deducted from your refund
- This service fee is disclosed at the time of purchase
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirming your refund is being processed
After 90 Days (Up to 12 Months)
- A credit for further testing is available instead of a refund
- This credit is non-transferable
- The credit must be used prior to 12 months from the original purchase date
- Credits cannot be converted to cash or refunded
Orders Not Eligible for Refund
The following orders are not eligible for refunds:
- Orders that have been redeemed at a laboratory
- Orders that have expired (more than 12 months from purchase date)
- Partially completed tests
