Disappointing
Unfortunately, this was overall an unsuccessful experience. My husband arrived to the lab and they took 25 minutes saying that they could not find his order until they actually checked their orders for that day and found it within seconds after that. This resulted in my husband‘s at home, time sensitive, specimen being left out for over an hour before testing, resulting in some pretty disappointing results on the sperm analysis test which we believe to be skewed. The lab was extremely disorganized and even rude.
